DMCA Policy for EarnPorn

1. Our position on copyright

EarnPorn is an adult industry guide, editorial and monetization website. We may publish platform guides, comparisons, tutorials, reviews, screenshots, affiliate links, advertising placements and educational content related to legal adult creator platforms and online monetization.

4. How to send a DMCA notice

Send your DMCA takedown notice by email to contact@earnporn.com. Use a clear subject line such as: DMCA Takedown Request – EarnPorn.

Please include all required information in the body of the email. Incomplete requests may delay review.

5. Review and removal process

After receiving a complete notice, EarnPorn may remove, disable access to or update the allegedly infringing material while we review the request. We may also contact the sender for clarification or additional proof of rights ownership.

We reserve the right to reject incomplete, abusive, fraudulent or misleading notices.

6. Counter-notices

If material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you have permission, fair use rights or another lawful basis to use the material, you may send a counter-notice to contact@earnporn.com.

A counter-notice should identify the removed material, explain why you believe removal was incorrect, include your contact information and include your signature.

7. Repeat infringement and abusive notices

EarnPorn may remove or restrict content, links, references or accounts connected to repeated copyright complaints. We may also ignore or reject notices that appear fraudulent, abusive, automated, incomplete or unrelated to copyright law.
